Teachers interested in working at NCBIS should preferably have experience in teaching the PYP and IB Diploma programmes, or alternatively, should share in the teaching philosophy and practices promoted by the International Baccalaureate Organisation. Experience in working with the British National Curriculum is an advantage.

Contracts

Contracts are mainly for a two-year initial period, renewable by mutual consent. A re-signing bonus is awarded annually after the completion of the initial two year contract. Salaries are in accordance with British pay scales, tax-free, and there is a 400 Sterling baggage allowance per person, annual return flight, BUPA medical insurance, a generous accommodation allowance and free school places for staff children.

The full documentation requirements will be sent to the successful candidate. NCBIS reimburses all costs of the application process (e.g. medical tests, DBS/police background checks, courier services for documents). We also organise the work permit here in Egypt, which will be completed on your arrival in country.
